Steven Johnson, WordPress Hosting Reviews Editor in Chief, began the video talking about Bluehosts presence in the market. Explaining that Bluehost is a hosting company that works great for people who are using WordPress. He also went into some of the company history of Bluehost.
In the next section of the video Steven brought up the Pros and Cons of hosting at Bluehost. He reported that Bluehost had several advantages to when hosting a WordPress site including: effective plans and pricing, cPanel servers, server speed, and one-click installers accessibility. He mentioned that the main bad feature was their lack of VPS and dedicated server plans should a customer want to expand.
In the video, Steven talked about the tech support. He said that many shared server companies do not have a team of true WordPress experts. On the other hand, WP Engine, deals only in WordPress. He said the knowledge level was much better than other hosting companies.
After he went through the pros and cons, Steven talked about his personal experience at Bluehost. He said his websites have seen great server speed, signing up was simple and straight forward, and technical support was easy to access. He commented about Bluehosts simplistic plan model, saying Bluehost is not meant for complicated sites.
Summing up the review, Steven Said, We have been using Bluehost for over 3 years and we want to report on our happiness. They have been doing web hosting for over 15 years and we trust them with our sites. That being said, we have chosen to host larger, more complex sites elsewhere because that is not Bluehosts specialty.
