Ford Escape Owners Community Launched

Advanced Web, a Virginia web design firm, has launched a new online community to benefit owners of the Ford Escape sport utility vehicle. The Ford Escape Owners community will focus on providing assistance with obtaining Ford customer service, warranty fulfillment, and dealership services.

The organization was created by Brad Caricofe, owner of a 2008 Ford Escape and a long-time fan of Ford vehicles. My transmission required a $ 2,000 repair at 64,000 miles, just 4,000 miles past the end of the factory powertrain warranty, said Caricofe. Upset with encountering transmission failure on such a young vehicle, I went online to discover that many other Escape owners were encountering the same problem.

The community aims to connect with other Ford Escape owners in an effort to compile information primarily pertaining to premature failure of motors, transmissions, and other powertrain components. We want to speak with other Ford Escape owners who have encountered unusual and expensive repairs for their vehicles and share what weve learned about requesting assistance from Fords Customer Relations department and their independently owned dealerships, said Caricofe.

The group plans to publish the names and full contact information for all Ford Motor Company executives, along with recommendations for achieving success when requesting assistance from Fords customer service staff. Many Ford Escape owners are encountering failure of expensive parts, such as the transmission, on vehicles that have low mileage, said Caricofe, we feel that this is a systemic issue with this model and Ford should take care of their loyal buyers.

Advanced Web chose WordPress as a code foundation for their website, allowing for rapid development and deployment of a new online presence. A professionally managed Facebook page will provide the platform for communication and discussion among interested parties. Additional social networking mediums will be added to the groups architecture in the future, including Google+ and Twitter updates.
