In an effort to continue moving foward, the 100Best, Inc. Web site TeenDepression.org is now moving to use WordPress Software to assist in online content management. Upgrading to the WordPress software will help manage articles, links and other content much easier around the Web site allowing for more content added regularly.
“Our TeenDepression.org site was originally created years ago using a website template which was created by in-house by our web designers in an effort to create a unique and user-friendly site,” said Content Manager Brenda W., from 100Best, Inc. “Our goal was and continues to be to provide information and help to teens, and family of teens, struggling with depression. Over the years we have watched WordPress continue to develop and grow with the ever changing needs of the web hosting industry, going from a small blog business to a mega content management system provider. The changes and progress WordPress continues to make led us to the decision to migrate TeenDepression.org over to WordPress. We have found our move to WordPress to benefit us in many ways including saving us time and money. We also feel the WordPress format is very useful to our readers, easy to use, allows us to remain unique in design, and is overall helping our site reach those that can use our site.”
TeenDepression.org features a variety of detailed articles and information helping parents and teens learn what they need to know about depression and teens. The articles focus on symptoms of teen depression, types of depression and various ways to combat such issues including medication, counseling and other treatments. The teen depression Web site also covers depression leading to suicide and signs to watch for in teens. Suicide statistics and suicide prevention articles and other helpful topics for both parents and teens are also covered throughout the Web site.
