dunnhumby Engage Reactor for Annual Report Design & Mobile App Development

This week sees the publication of dunnhumbys internal annual report, delivered to over 1900 employees worldwide in print and delivered in a mobile app.

The company chose Reactor Design in a competitive pitch with London design agencies. The brief submitted was for a 32 page report and a mobile app that delivered the report on iPhones, Android smartphones, iPads and tablet PCs.

Often, design and marketing agencies outside of London are rarely considered for prestigious projects with large companies. said Tim Mann, Creative Director for Reactor. The cross-platform mobile app delivers the annual report with a series of mini games designed to engage users with a personal experience, in tune with dunnhumbys ethic that the worlds experience of retailers and brands must be personal.

Reactor have developed a number of mobile apps to date including a 3D thruster game, a shapes game for kids, and a trade show mobile application game called Crown & Glory for Wired Orthodontics (available free in the iTunes store).
