IDX, Inc. and RealLead, LLC. Announce Real Estate Survey Results.

Eugene, OR (PRWEB) October 30, 2011

In July 2011, IDX, Inc. and RealLead, LLC. surveyed thousands of Realtors and home buyers nationwide. The Home Buyer Survey focused on home buying pain points. The Realtor survey focused on the value of real estate websites and use of mobile marketing technology in the real estate market.

According to the Realtor survey of IDX Broker subscribers, over 65% confirmed that a real estate website integrated with IDX Broker, generated at least one recent real estate transaction.

The Realtor survey points to the value of integrated IDX search to a segment of Realtors that actively track the source of a transaction. Not every Realtor

IDX Acquires RealLead, a Real-Time Lead Capture Solution For Realtors

Eugene,ORE. (PRWEB) April 25, 2012

IDX, Inc. a nationally known leading provider of real estate search applications, today announced it has acquired RealLead, LLC, a real estate lead generation technology company that matches buyers and sellers with consumers. IDX will add RealLeads mobile marketing tools and their proprietary lead marketplace into their growing portfolio of software products that helps real estate firms provide a higher quality of services to both property buyers and sellers.

Being acquired by IDX will be great for RealLead. The synergies are perfect. Being able to offer our cutting-edge mobile marketing and real-time lead capture tools, with IDXs real estate search applications will make the combination of our product offerings very appealing to real estate firms looking to take their services to home buyers and sellers to another level, and differentiate themselves in the marketplace, said Caroline Cummings, co-founder and chief executive officer of RealLead.

Response time, coupled with a measurable mobile marketing strategy, are critical to securing and selling listings in todays real estate market. The real estate industry is undergoing a paradigm shift, where consumers want instant property information. Research indicates consumers want an agent to contact them within fifteen to thirty minutes of their interest in a property, and agents want quality leads with real consumer data. RealLeads technology helps facilitate this connection.

RealLead and IDX will be stronger companies together. Real estate agents can get frustrated by having to partner with several different companies to grow their businesses. They can now work with one nationally known real estate technology provider for all of their website search needs, all of their mobile marketing needs and generate more quality leads as a result. Acquiring RealLead was a no-brainer for us, commented Chad Barczak, CEO of IDX, Inc.

RealLead was founded a little less than a year ago, and already has a national customer base. The RealLead marketing products are available to any real estate Agent or Broker in the continental United States, and is free to set-up. Agents and Brokers can add the RealLead marketing product to all of their listings for free, and choose to only claim the leads they want. Leads are affordably priced from $ 0.99 to $ 2.99 each, and include the consumers real phone number. Other free products with sign-up include a single property mobile website per listing, marketing materials, access to the Lead Marketplace where they can purchase unclaimed leads, and a dashboard for agents and offices to track the return on their mobile marketing investment, as well as determine which marketing materials (lawn signs, flyers, newspaper ads, magazine ads, CraigsList ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) are providing the best leads.

I purchased a lead from RealLead for only $ 0.99, called him immediately, and within a few of hours started his pre-approval process for his first-time home purchase. If youre not using RealLead on your listings, youre missing out, said Lori Monstein, a broker with Windereme Real Estate Lane County.
