Online Survey and Polling Service SiS Survey Adds New Features, Offers Free Accounts

Miami, FL (PRWEB) April 19, 2010

Software development firm SiS Software Factory is proud to announce the addition of several new features to its online survey and polling service SiS Survey, found online at http://www.sisSurvey.net. SiS Survey users can now share and publish all created online polls to any social network, including Facebook, MySpace and WordPress platforms. The ability to add surveys to social networks will be available in the coming months.

The new features available with SiS Survey are designed to help users better share their poll results with social networks and other audiences, says Ariel Silahian. Individuals, businesses and other groups that want to quickly and easily share polling information on social networking sites like Facebook, iGoogle or blog platforms can use SiS Survey to disseminate that information effectively.

Once users create an online poll or survey through SiS Survey, it can be used in any of several ways. Users can provide a direct link to the survey or embed the survey onto any Web page using Javascript. Users may also opt to add the survey or poll to any site in the form of a Flash movie. SiS Surveys new design enables users to publish any survey or poll directly onto any social media site with just one click, providing greater ease of use than ever before.

In addition to the new features now available with SiS Survey, the company is also offering a free PRO-1 account for life. This free premium account is available for free to anyone who posts to Twitter a nice tweet about SiS Survey. After posting the tweet, interested people can contact the company for more information about the free account.

As many people have already discovered, SiS Survey is easy to use and can be customized for any business need; human resources departments can create a survey to gauge employee satisfaction, businesses can create a poll to measure customer feedback and satisfaction, and market research firms can create a custom survey to better understand customers and target markets.

Anyone can create a customized or unique poll in minutes. Eleven questions types are available to choose from, each with multiple options. Users can design the polls look to match a Web site and can deploy it with a single line of auto-generated script. HTML can also be utilized to include images, video and more. Users may also opt to choose from a selection of 14 available skins or can create and add their own with CSS.

SiS Surveys advanced online reporting means that data is tracked in real time. That data can then be exported as XML or CSV. Users may also subscribe to their survey results via RSS. Once a company has reached its reply quota or once a certain date has been reached, the survey can be easily closed to prevent further replies.

SiS Survey customers can choose from any of three available account options. SiS Survey Free provides users a platform for creating unlimited polls and surveys per month. Users can create surveys of up to 10 questions each and can receive up to 100 survey responses. Customers may also opt for the SiS Survey PRO-1 account. In addition to unlimited polls and surveys, PRO-1 users receive Vote Analysis with every poll, extra reports that provide information such as an individual vote report, voter location and features that can detect and remove fraudulent multiple votes from the same IP address. PRO-1 users can also create surveys with an unlimited amount of questions and can receive up to 1,000 responses per survey. The PRO-2 option provides all of the same features as the PRO-1 package, except that PRO-2 users can receive up to 10,000 responses per survey, allowing for even greater insight into the questions posed. More information about these packages can be found at http://www.sissurvey.net/signup.aspx.

HOA Website Company, HOAConnections, Announces 10% off for all New Accounts

Asheville, NC (PRWEB) February 13, 2012

HOAConnections announced today that it was offering a 10% discount on all hoa website setup costs and six months of hoa website hosting expenses. To make the offer even better, they will apply the full credit on the first payment. In doing so, HOAConnections feel they have shown a firm commitment to providing excellent customer service, and building long term relationships. HOAConnections implemented an aggressive marketing strategy to position itself as one the top designers of HOA websites; with plans to roll out a variety of incentive packages throughout the year.

HOAConnections president and CEO, Brian Barrett, said, Our goal is to make sure that homeowner associations provide themselves with one of the most powerful and affordable tools in helping improve communication amongst the membership and the Board of Directors. We hope that by providing a cash incentive, those associations who have been waiting to act will determine the time to act is now.

A hoa website from HOAConnections provides homeowner associations with a standard set of features: homeowner forums, association documents (declarations, bylaws, rules and regulations, rental agreements, etc.) posted with downloadable PDF versions, calendar of events, photo and video galleries, as well as survey, questionnaire and polls to interact with the associations membership. That is where the similarities with the competition end, because HOAConnections utilizes one of the most widely supported CMS software systems in the world as the basis for every website they create.

In excess of 71,000,000 websites are built around the WordPress platform. With this large of a user and developer community, there is nothing that a HOAConnections hoa website cannot do. HOAConnections admits that the competition is tough, but feels it has a featured packed hoa website offering that is second to none. Visit http://www.hoaconnections.com/promo10 for more information and to take advantage of this great deal.

Leading Cloud Accounting Software Company, Liquid Accounts Are Chasing The Storm With A Brand New Website

(PRWEB UK) 15 June 2011

After launching a brand new version of their award-winning online accounting software (including integrated payroll) and securing second-round funding at the end of the last tax year. The team at Liquid Accounts are pleased to celebrate with the announcement of a new website and trebled sales figures.

Liquid Accounts MD, Matt Holmes said: Were delighted that sales have taken off so dramatically since we launched version 7 of our software, even before weve launched our new website, which is designed to increase sales.”

Weve been around for 6 years now and so we felt it was time to update the look and feel of our software and combine that with some new functionality like payroll and one-click emailing of invoices. The new funding helped us do that. We listened to what our customers were saying about the sort of extra functionality they wanted and how we could make our software even easier for them to use and what weve done has obviously worked!

We also decided to roll out the new look to our newsletter, login, sign-up process and website as well which is what were launching now.

The new website is clean and simple with a very basic but effective design. You can instantly see what software looks like and can choose to:

login to a live demo company (known as a sandbox) there and then for a play around
sign up for a 30-day free trial
book a web demo
The site is built entirely on the WordPress blogging platform, so that the Liquid team can upload resources, industry expertise, details of events, thought leadership and partner information, keeping visitors more up to date with what is going on within the cloud computing and cloud accounting industry.

Matt said, As a company at the forefront of cloud computing in the UK, we want to make sure that we are making the best use of new online technologies ourselves. Im regularly asked to speak at cloud computing events in my capacity as Chair of the Cloud Computing Special Interest Group for BASDA (the Business Application Software Developers Association) and I always advise people to build their website on a blogging platform as its more cost effective, has content management built in (by its very nature), and is better for SEO.

Now were practising what we preach!

This year is being billed as the year of the cloud and cloud computing is predicted to become mainstream and give the UK economy a boost over the next 5 years. Were also seeing established players like Microsoft heavily promoting cloud as the way forward, and in our industry, companies like Sage and Access announcing cloud initiatives. Its definitely a very exciting time, and our figures show that were in the right place at the right time to make the most of these new developments.

Main features of the new design

Fresh, clean design
User friendly with easy navigation
New integrated payroll system
See the software and try it out for yourself instantly
Read testimonials and case studies from people who are already using the software.

Fake Facebook Accounts, Fake Romney Followers: The Underground Economy of Social Networks

Campbell, CA (PRWEB) August 03, 2012

Barracuda Networks, a leading provider of security, networking and data protection solutions, today released findings from Barracuda Labs most recent study, “The Underground Economy of Buying Twitter Followers: Dealers, Abusers and Fake Accounts.” The study analyzes a random sampling of more than 70,000 fake Twitter accounts that are being used to sell fake Twitter followers. The study also analyzed some of the people that are using such fake followers including the recent example of U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romneys Twitter account.

Between Facebooks 10-Q filing stating that 83 million of its accounts are fake (1), to Mitt Romneys Twitter account recently falling under scrutiny for suspicious followings (2), fake social network profiles are a hot topic at the moment. And these fake profiles are at the center of a very vibrant and growing underground economy. This underground economy consists of Dealers who create and sell the use of thousands of fake social accounts, and Abusers who buy follows or likes from these fake accounts to boost their perceived popularity, sell advertising based on their now large social audience or conduct other malicious activity.

Fake users should be a huge concern to both Facebook and Twitter because of the threat they create to user trust, online security and the overall community feeling of the social networks, said Dr. Paul Judge, chief research officer at Barracuda Networks. This obviously threatens advertising revenue as organizations begin to question the true visibility and reach of their ad campaigns.

Study Overview

Barracuda Labs began this research in May 2012, setting up three Twitter accounts and purchasing between 20,000 and 70,000 Twitter followers for each from eBay and other websites. The study analyzes a random sampling of more than 70,000 fake Twitter accounts that are being used to sell fake Twitter followers.
