MindMaple Inc. Announces An Initiative To Support Alternative Curriculum Planning for Teachers Worldwide

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 24, 2012

San Francisco, CA based MindMaple Inc, the creators of the popular mind mapping software MindMaple Lite and MindMaple Pro, have announced the companies commitment to supporting technology in education through a partnership with various U.S. education departments, including elementary, middle school, high school and college curriculum’s.

Mind mapping has long been used to visually organize thoughts and ideas, but MindMaple Inc. is taking it a step further by continuing their commitment to supporting technology in education. Planning a courses curriculum can be an arduous task and one can simplify this process by utilizing mind maps to create that visual aide for their planning and learning process. MindMaples powerful mind mapping software is an excellent tool to maximize creativity, without sacrificing clarity and organization.

Vice president Leonard Lee commented, Part of the reason we chose to offer MindMaple Lite as a completely free tool is to provide better access to mind mapping for groups with limited funds, such as public schools and students. Mind mapping is an incredible learning and planning tool and we want to make sure its benefits are accessible to everyone.

Material covered in class often integrates multiple skill sets and information sets that students must learn in order to succeed in their classes. In a single class period, an educator may address many complex topics and discussions that, while related, can be easily misconstrued. Utilizing proper planning and incorporating mind mapping software, like MindMaple, can prevent classroom confusion for students and instructors alike.

Mind mapping draws a unique parallel between utilizing both the creative, intuitive types of thinking, often associated with the right hemisphere of the brain, whereas structured and organized thinking is associated with the left side of the brain. In addition to using MindMaple for curriculum planning, educators looking to obtain fresh ideas for class can use mind mapping to brainstorm ideas, while diligently organizing the most relevant ideas into a structured map. These maps are then suitable as a syllabus for students and are easily shared with their colleagues.

Through the end of 2012, any educators looking to utilize MindMaple software for curriculum planning can contact the company directly and a representative will provide them with a free copy of the MindMaple Pro software to introduce to the courses of their choice. The developers encourage users to experience the difference with MindMaple”. The free version of MindMaple is available for download on their website for anyone who may wish to give the product a try and see the various benefits, both personally and professionally, that the software exemplifies.

Zazar Website Builder Launched Innovative, Affordable and User Friendly Alternative to WordPress

Bridport, Dorset (PRWEB UK) 26 July 2011

Two years in the making, Zazar offers individuals and small businesses with no technical knowledge a fully featured web building service at a very competitive price.

From the beginning Zazar intended to allow just about anyone to build and manage a professional website at an affordable price. Previous website creation had been a daunting task, stated Leigh Jones, a Zazar customer. I highly recommend this quick, low cost system to get online.

For first timers, the innovative ability to select from a range of pre-defined sites means a complete site can be created in seconds, leaving just the appropriate wording to be added. The service also includes a rapidly expanding range of template designs to choose from as well as additional features to enhance pages including social bookmarking, RSS feeds, blogs, calendars, maps etc.

At Zazar we are building a community of website users whose feedback is steering our ongoing development, stated Alison Standish, Zazar Director. We are excited to be able to offer business grade websites for a few pounds per month and help small businesses and individuals create a professional online presence.

Allowing designers and developers behind the scenes enables further customisation of websites. Designers may customise nearly all aspects of the site templates and developers may add their own HTML code, stated a Zazar senior developer. Over the past year we have also released a number of jQuery plugins used in Zazar to the developer community which are available from our website.

The affordable subscription also provides web hosting, e-mail and a Zazar domain free of charge. The best of all Zazar provides a no obligation, free trial period to create and use all of its features before subscribing.
