Webvanta"s Private-Label Hosted CMS Boosts Designer Profits

Sebastopol, CA (PRWEB) December 10, 2010

Webvanta, provider of a hosted CMS and site-building services for designers, now offers a complete private-labeled version of its system as part of its design partner program.

By becoming Design Partners, professional web designers can customize all the branding of this powerful, easy-to-use hosted CMS, reinforcing their brand whenever their customers log in to edit their sites. It remains a fully managed SaaS content management system, eliminating all concerns about hosting, security, and upgrades.

Design Partners also get personalized training, priority support, discounts, and a listing in Webvanta’s web designer directory.

Webvanta already has more than 30 Design Partners, and their experience demonstrates how it helps them increase their productivity, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Design Partner Outer Banks Internet Boosts Profitability

From its founding in 1995 until recently, Webvanta design partner Outer Banks Internet performed all development in-house with staff programmers. Now, since the company has become a Webvanta Design Partner, most of its development work is handled by the Webvanta team — or made unnecessary by the features built in to the Webvanta platform.

With the opportunity to create database-driven sites more easily, OBI completes projects faster now. “Webvanta allows us to offer additional capabilities to advance our clients’ sites,” Hess said. “It was very important to us to have a solution where the software is continuously updated, patched and advanced without our having to get involved.”

By comparison, Hess notes that other content management solutions like WordPress and Joomla would require regular patching, plug-ins and upgrades, all of which would add additional cost to the client.

Additionally, OBI now affordably offers greater site control to all clients with Webvanta’s CMS. Clients can edit their own content without waiting or having to engage OBI, helping keep content fresher.

“By completing sites faster, we can take on more projects, which increases our monthly revenue.”

Inspira Digital Reduces Development Time by One-Third

Webvanta design partner Inspira Digital is a full-service web design firm in the U.K. “If it’s easy for customers to update their content,” said Luke Green, director, then they are inclined to keep it more current, and get more value from their sites.”

Inspira’s search for a web content management solution focused on a number of key areas. It had to be easy for customers to use, and have the technical breadth to empower the firm to deliver more effectively and efficiently for its clients.

Webvanta emerged as a perfect fit and has become the first choice web platform for many Inspira Digital clients. The software-as-a-service content management system (CMS) enables web designers to build dynamic, database-driven websites easily and quickly.

“Because we can bring many of our database-driven sites into our core team, we now have more control over the direction of projects and consequently the quality control. We can be absolutely sure we’re delivering the best product to the client.”

“We’ve cut about a third off our development time. We’re more efficient and responsive, and more profitable when delivering websites using Webvanta,” Green adds.

New Plugin Boosts Websites Search Engine Ratings By Increasing Time Visitors Spend On That Page

New York, New York (PRWEB) September 05, 2012

The Dilemma Experienced by WordPress Bloggers Has a New Solution

It’s no secret that a better search engine ranking can drive more traffic to a webpage and thus is proportional to more customers and more purchases. However, a conflict of interest can challenge this. By linking to other webpages, sites provide useful content for its viewers who are therefore more likely to spend time browsing. The problem is that previously, when a user found a link that captured their interest, they would navigate away from the original site, and sometimes not return. This would, in turn decrease the amount of time spent on the blog and thus take away from a potentially high search engine ranking.

A unique and simple solution to this problem has been created for WordPress by adding a specific code to the HTML tag, which users click. Rather than loading the new page in the existing window, the target=”_blank” attribute will force a new tab to open with the desired link. The result- the original page is still running in the background while also not interrupting the users viewing of the new link.

The Growing Popularity of WordPress Links

The new WP Links plugin saw a spike in popularity earlier this month and has drawn exceptional ratings from users. This is likely due to its relative simplicity and ease of use. Installation is a straightforward 3-step process and is outlined on the WP Links webpage. Along with this, bloggers can receive help with all available plugins via an online forum monitored by volunteers who answer questions on topics from installation to advanced queries.

For other general help, WordPress suggests users visit the WordPress Codex essentially the owners manual for all things WordPress. Here bloggers can find documents and troubleshooting pages to help with any difficulties they might encounter.

A Variety of Available Options and Themes Offers Users the Ability to Effortlessly Customize

WP Links is just one of over 21,000 different plugins available to download to increase productivity on users WordPress blogs. With the help provided in the forums section, users can now make the most of the available WordPress features to create a truly unique blog. For extra support with WordPress blogs, users have the option to choose from one of the commercially supported themes for a small fee.

In addition to blogging directly from a computer, WordPress offers users the ability to write and edit content from a wide range of mobile devices. The WordPress App is available in the Apple App Store and Android Market. Furthermore, users can access WordPress from select Windows, Blackberry and Nokia devices.

By utilizing these features and taking advantage of plugins including WP Links, bloggers can create a page that will attract and keep visitors engaged for longer than average and thus boost their search engine ranking.

James Schramko Boosts Leads with New Discovery and Gets YouTube Integration, Opt-in Email Marketing, Video Analytics in One Smart Wordpress Plugin

Sydney, Australia (PRWEB) September 11, 2012

SuperFastBusiness and InternetMarketingSpeed founder and CEO James Schramko is asking, Do you want to build your email list faster? Using his existing and new videos on YouTube, Schramko shares hes been testing a few elements that would help optimize his email conversions for all his businesses. From after-post prompts to in-line forms, Schramko found that the tactics usually put off customers who were watching the video. The Internet marketing expert recently revealed on InternetMarketingSpeed.com, I found one method of collecting leads that seems incredibly well accepted by customers.

That method is LeadPlayer. Schramko says, LeadPlayer is software that you install on WordPress and it allows you to add a call to action and/or email captures to your YouTube video embeds.

The Minnesota startup has been creating quite a buzz, with business owners, bloggers, and web marketers singing praises of how crazy easy and awesome the software is for YouTube integration, implementing call-to-action buttons, and adding opt-in boxes. Other popular advantages of the plugin include obtaining valuable video analytics (engagement statistics, revenue calculation, and geolocating customers) and reducing the probability of viewers leaving a website and leaking to YouTube. The creators of LeadPlayer have designed the plug-in to attract audiences, build lists, and promote revenue through videos.

Schramko remarks on InternetMarketingSpeed.com, When you think about it, it makes perfect sense that asking for an email straight after delivering high value content would be optimal. The results are even better when the email capture is directly in the video rather than beside it or nearby. Relevancy is the key. LeadPlayer allows you to have a skip this feature, which is more courteous. Also you can place the opt-in request at the end of the video, which is quite polite. I have found people will watch short videos all the way to the end.

On a recent SuperfastBusiness.com video post, Schramko gave a step-by-step demo on installing LeadPlayer. Using his YouTube interview with renowned and revered direct marketer, Drayton Bird, Schramko illustrates how quick and easy it is to install the plugin, from activating it to changing video settings, from integrating his email list to adding call-to-action buttons. Schramkos little over six-minute demo presents a fuss-free set-up that results in an uncluttered, better-looking video post and an unobtrusive opt-in box at the end. The opt-in box can also appear at the beginning of the video with viewers having the choice to continue to watch.

Aside from providing a straightforward demo of the plugin, Schramko also goes on to say, Installing LeadPlayer on my site has dramatically improved the number of opt-ins from the first site that I installed it on. It really does make a nice clean player. I can see that its something Ill be putting on any site where Ill be putting YouTube videos to the public with WordPress, its a great option.
