How To Create A Buzz For Business and Nonprofits is Now Posted on YouTube

Los Angeles (PRWEB) July 11, 2008

How To Create A Buzz For Your Business and nonprofits has been captured in a live TV newscast interview and has been posted on YouTube for the public.

“If one can help the media do their job in telling a good story, they will get quoted, and that’s one way the company or nonprofit organization will get promoted,” Vice President George McQuade of MAYO Communications, told News Director Tami Di Vine, Crown City News (CCN), Pasadena, CA recently.

The entire segment has been posted on YouTube at:

“The media is in the business of telling stories, not promoting companies, products or nonprofits,” explained McQuade. He appeared first on the TV show before several nonprofit organizational leaders were scheduled to appear and later helped them with ways to improve their public relations. On the air he offered five ways to create the ultimate buzz for your business:

1. The Internet — one of the most under utilized communications is a website, search engines, blogs, directories and there are a lot of free services for websites, directories, large and small business. A new trend is a personal social network

2. Newsletters/ezines (electronic newsletters) help announce business developments and activities, where potential new media and business associates will subscribe

3. Public Speaking — When a person speaks on current issues or “hot button” topics at a business luncheon or event you’re making your company and yourself newsworthy

4. News releases and a calendar of events about a company or activities alert editors about the company and you become a future resource and possible expert

5. Word of Mouth — mixers, meetings, Toastmasters, Rotary clubs, fundraisers and other business events a person attends or speaks at are great places to create a buzz about the business, nonprofit activities and events.

James Schramko Boosts Leads with New Discovery and Gets YouTube Integration, Opt-in Email Marketing, Video Analytics in One Smart Wordpress Plugin

Sydney, Australia (PRWEB) September 11, 2012

SuperFastBusiness and InternetMarketingSpeed founder and CEO James Schramko is asking, Do you want to build your email list faster? Using his existing and new videos on YouTube, Schramko shares hes been testing a few elements that would help optimize his email conversions for all his businesses. From after-post prompts to in-line forms, Schramko found that the tactics usually put off customers who were watching the video. The Internet marketing expert recently revealed on InternetMarketingSpeed.com, I found one method of collecting leads that seems incredibly well accepted by customers.

That method is LeadPlayer. Schramko says, LeadPlayer is software that you install on WordPress and it allows you to add a call to action and/or email captures to your YouTube video embeds.

The Minnesota startup has been creating quite a buzz, with business owners, bloggers, and web marketers singing praises of how crazy easy and awesome the software is for YouTube integration, implementing call-to-action buttons, and adding opt-in boxes. Other popular advantages of the plugin include obtaining valuable video analytics (engagement statistics, revenue calculation, and geolocating customers) and reducing the probability of viewers leaving a website and leaking to YouTube. The creators of LeadPlayer have designed the plug-in to attract audiences, build lists, and promote revenue through videos.

Schramko remarks on InternetMarketingSpeed.com, When you think about it, it makes perfect sense that asking for an email straight after delivering high value content would be optimal. The results are even better when the email capture is directly in the video rather than beside it or nearby. Relevancy is the key. LeadPlayer allows you to have a skip this feature, which is more courteous. Also you can place the opt-in request at the end of the video, which is quite polite. I have found people will watch short videos all the way to the end.

On a recent SuperfastBusiness.com video post, Schramko gave a step-by-step demo on installing LeadPlayer. Using his YouTube interview with renowned and revered direct marketer, Drayton Bird, Schramko illustrates how quick and easy it is to install the plugin, from activating it to changing video settings, from integrating his email list to adding call-to-action buttons. Schramkos little over six-minute demo presents a fuss-free set-up that results in an uncluttered, better-looking video post and an unobtrusive opt-in box at the end. The opt-in box can also appear at the beginning of the video with viewers having the choice to continue to watch.

Aside from providing a straightforward demo of the plugin, Schramko also goes on to say, Installing LeadPlayer on my site has dramatically improved the number of opt-ins from the first site that I installed it on. It really does make a nice clean player. I can see that its something Ill be putting on any site where Ill be putting YouTube videos to the public with WordPress, its a great option.

To find out more on how to use the new plugin for opt-in email marketing, check out James Schramkos demo on SuperFastBusiness.com and on InternetmarketingSpeed.com.

Video: Bill McIntosh Launches New Viral Marketing WordPress Plugin With A $10,000 Viral Contest & YouTube Promotion

Irvine, CA (PRWEB) September 16, 2009

In celebration of the release of the Contest Burner viral marketing WordPress plugin a $ 10,000 online contest has been announced. Some of the prizes include a complete website creation, marketing and coaching package, an online marketing services package & cash prizes. The contest will also serve as a live case study showing the power of the ContestBurner online viral marketing tool.

Also released is a new viral marketing YouTube video explaining the contest and demonstrating how the new website tool works. Viewers of the video will participate live in the contest by interacting with the video while the plugin keeps track of these actions and rewards the viewers with contest entry points. In addition to contestants earning entries by interacting with a YouTube video they will also be able to earn them by “Tweeting” about the contest on Twitter or telling their friends on FaceBook.

Additional options are available to make interacting with the website owner’s blog part of the contest. Contestants can also be rewarded for commenting on the WordPress blog or subscribing to the website’s newsletter. This dramatically helps make a website “sticky” by increasing repeat website visitors

It is really exciting how many different ways Contest Burner not only makes joining its contests extremely easy but it also makes telling others about the contest very appealing. This sets off a firestorm of viral activity centered around the website running a contest with the ContestBurner WordPress Plugin. This now brings viral marketing down to the price range or small businesses. “Instead of companies spending tens of thousands of dollars on viral advertising, ContestBurner.com makes it easy and affordable for any website to run a viral marketing campaign. I’ve designed our WordPress plugin so that a new webmaster can just upload a file, activate the plugin and have their very own viral contest in less than 10 minutes.” says Bill McIntosh, the founder of Contest Burner and online marketing expert.

During the launch celebration and contest Bill McIntosh will also be providing a free online web marketing course designed to teach anyone how to properly create and run an online viral contest. This will be provided in the form of a free eBook, online video tutorials and live coaching during his weekly Internet show streamed live every week. In addition, a special “lite” version of the ContestBurner plugin has been developed so that anyone who currently has a WordPress blog can download the plugin for free and use it to increase website traffic with a viral marketing campaign centered around a ContestBurner contest.

“I challenge anyone to find a method of creating a marketing campaign this easily and this affordable that automatically ties together all the major forms of social media, online video and tell a friend marketing and brings it all together in one easy-to-use dashboard.”

To find out more about the ContestBurner WordPress plugin or to join the $ 10,000 viral marketing contest, visit: http://www.contestburner.com or follow ContestBurner at http://www.twitter.com/contestburner
