Restaurant Engine a Game Changer for Restaurant Website Design

Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) May 24, 2012

The days of poorly-designed restaurant websites may finally be coming to an end. Restaurant Engine has launched their restaurant website design solution, helping restaurants turn all of those hungry online visitors into customers.

What makes Restaurant Engine so appealing to restaurateurs is that its completely turnkey: Restaurants get stunning website design, hosting, a WordPress-powered back-end, and personal consultation, all packaged in an affordable monthly subscription model. Theres even a free trial so restaurants can take their new website for a test run.

We collaborate with some of the most talented web designers in the industry (who normally charge thousands for a custom website design) to give restaurants a level of quality that creates more credibility for their business on the web, says founder and lead web designer, Brian Casel.

For restaurants, boosting ones credibility online really pays off. The Pew Research Center released a study showing that the Internet is the number one source people turn to for information about local restaurants. Another recent study shows 75% of visitors judge a website’s credibility based on the quality of it’s design.

Todays restaurant customers arent only using their computers to surf the web. Smartphones and tablets like the iPhone and iPad account for a huge chunk of Internet traffic especially when you consider most people searching for restaurants are already out and about using their mobile device. Thats why Restaurant Engine provides restaurants with a mobile website, built in, without the need for additional apps or setup.

The feature I like most about Restaurant Engine is the mobile optimization and simplicity of setting up the site. Practically, everything is already there and one only needs to plug in their content, says a user of the service.

Other features Restaurant Engine users can take advantage of include managing food menus, photo galleries, online reservations, events calendars, and more. Since its built on WordPress, the webs leading content management system, its easy to add a blog and manage unlimited web pages.

Social media and search engine optimization (SEO) round out the product, giving restaurants all of the tools they need to market their business online and spur word-of-mouth promotion on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare.

Phoenix Creative Web Design & Marketing Specialist Gives Popular Mesa/Gilbert Restaurant Flancer"s Website Fresh New Look and Personality

Gilbert, Arizona (PRWEB) August 22, 2012

Chris Rosepapa, Owner and Creative Director at Rosepapa Creative, recently took on a website redesign project she considered both fun and challenging. The project involved giving the website of Flancer’s in Arizona a fun new look and feel that reflects the restaurant’s personality and highlights the foods and events central to the popularity of the restaurant.

During the course of the website redesign project, Rosepapa gave Flancer’s brand a makeover and new logo design as well. She continues to work with Jeff Flancer, owner of Flancer’s, on creative marketing. Filled with fun and interactive features which were coded in to the website, Rosepapa worked to incorporate the personality and atmosphere central to the two restaurants. Jeff Flancer’s love of music spills over into the theme of the restaurants with the record covers he collects and uniquely named menu items such as the “Two Tickets to Paradise” shrimp warm.

Although Rosepapa said that the project was extremely involved and demanded an intense level of design work along with a substantial amount of programming required of the company’s WordPress developer for proper functioning, her team worked in unison to successfully reach the client’s vision. Ultimately, the experience of the team as a whole allowed the project to be completed to the client’s satisfaction in a seamless manner. The Phoenix website design, branding and marketing company focuses on bringing client’s visions for their business to life, maintaining consistency throughout all phases of marketing and web presence.

Jeff Flancer stated, “Rosepapa Creative’s follow through from start to finish on the Flancer’s website was awesome. Besides the creative aspect, Chris was able to tie all the essential branding elements together.”

The new web design of the Flancer’s website reflects the owner’s passion and the fun, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere of his restaurants which are filled with music and memorabilia.

Chris Rosepapa had this to say: ” I really enjoyed working with Jeff and bringing the personality of his restaurant into the design of his logo and website. Flancer’s is also one of my favorite restaurants and the people there are amazing. We added some fun and quirky elements to the website that would engage the viewers and also showcase the great food and atmosphere.”

Rosepapa is thrilled with the results of the efforts of her team on this web design project and invites those interested in learning more about the company’s services to visit http://www.rosepapacreative.com.

Villa Penna Banquet & Restaurant of Sterling Heights, MI Launches New Website!

Sterling Heights, MI (PRWEB) December 14, 2012

Villa Penna Banquet & Restaurant is all about tradition. With deep Italian roots and a passion for hosting and serving guests – Villa Penna is often regarded as one of the finest banquet halls in Michigan. Since 1968, the Penna family has been deeply devoted to their customers and cherish every memory they’ve been apart of and help create.

From century old pasta rolling techniques to their old country charm – You can say that Villa Penna is all about tradition and like it that way; so do their customers. The only thing that has changed over the decades is how customers find great establishments such as Villa Penna Banquet & Restaurant.

Recently, Michigan web design company – Momentum, LLC partnered with Villa Penna to create their new online presence and help fuse their tradition with the technology of today.

Momentum, LLC started by meeting with decision makers to find out more. After learning about their history, goals, customers and services they put together a plan. Momentum, LLC refers to this part of their process as the discovery phase – which includes initial client interviews and requirements gathering so that all of the project details are defined up-front and proper expectations are set.

The plan was brilliant and ready to execute. The next step in their process is called the Design Phase. In the case of this project, Momentum planned and designed layouts for regular screens, tablets and mobile devices. They used a new technique referred to as “Responsive Web Design”, which allows the website to recognize what type of device it is being viewed on and change the way that it is displayed.

According to Momentum’s CEO and Founder, James Plouffe – Responsive Web Design should be considered for every web design project – “A majority of the websites that we’ve been creating lately rely on this new technique – it’s the way of the future.Mobile and tablet device usage is on the rise and choosing a company that can provide this service will protect your investment and allow your website to viewed by visitors on any device.”

After the design was approved by Villa Penna Banquet & Restaurant – Momentum started an intensive development cycle where they programmed the design layouts and integrated them into a Content Management System that would allow their staff to maintain the website on their own without knowledge of HTML or advanced programming.

Along with a Content Management System (WordPress) and Responsive Web Design, Villa Penna’s website now included new and exciting features such as online reservations (powered by OpenTable), a blog, photo gallery, contact forms, Google Maps for directions and last but not least – a visual banquet and restaurant menu that is sure to make your mouth water.

Now that Villa Penna Banquet & Restaurant has a new, cutting edge website they are hoping to get more exposure online and gain access to a whole new generation of customers. To learn more about about Villa Penna visit their new website at http://www.villapenna.com or stop by and say hello:
